MJ Plastering, Inc., is a family-owned business that prides itself on applying these values — honesty, discipline, and above all, integrity — to their relationship with employees, with clients, and their everyday plastering work.


While MJ has been in business since 2009, its owner, Miguel Jacobo, is an experienced plasterer whose set of skills date back to the early 1980's, when as an immigrant, he began working in the field. In the early 2000's he, along with his brothers, established their first venture in the Stucco/Plastering industry. They began tackling on the struggles that were associated with a new business and quickly began making a name for itself. This gave him the opportunity to understand the industry and the nature of the business in an administrative capacity.

During recession of 2008, Miguel, quickly understood that he needed to move on to be on his own. With the help of his recently graduated sons, MJ Plastering was founded and began the slow process of establishing itself in a saturated but steady market. With the knowledge already gained from his first venture, Miguel quickly began advertising MJ Plastering through word-of-mouth and face-to-face meet and greets.  MJ Plastering, although established in Orange County, has been serving the Southern California region since 2009, as well as the northern and eastern-most parts of the state.  There is no project to big or too small. MJ Plastering will continue to strive for great quality and craftsmanship under the direction of Miguel Jacobo.
